When we began designing IntangibleSpring’s tools, we considered every detail in a royalty benchmarking analysis — the search, review of results, acceptance and rejection matrices, statistical analysis, and data export.  We challenged ourselves to create the most user-friendly interface that would integrate all of these aspects into a streamlined single-screen application.

Every new project launches a customizable search engine that includes IP type, industry, royalty base, rights transferred, effective date, related party, and keyword search fields.

Unlike pay-per-view databases, we offer a transparent search results grid that displays all comparability factors during the quantitative screening.

The statistics section is not only a great tool for analyzing small sets of data ―such as calculating an inter-quartile range of arm’s length royalty rates― but it can also be used for analyzing large data sets and entire industries; e.g., all patents in the chemicals industry.
